This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser shares your IP address with Google when the page loads.

The enquiry form does not store anything on our servers. It opens a draft email in your own email app, and we receive only what you choose to send.

Enquiries and client communication

When you email us, we use your name, contact details and message to reply and to discuss a possible engagement. Our legal basis is legitimate interest. We keep enquiry correspondence for up to [24] months unless it leads to an engagement, in which case it is kept for the duration of the contract and as required for accounting purposes.

Research participants

If you take part in one of our interviews or surveys, we explain before you start what we collect, why, and how long we keep it, and we ask for your consent. Findings are reported in aggregate or anonymised form. We never share your identity or attributable quotes with our clients without your explicit permission.

Who we share data with

We use a small number of service providers to operate the business, such as email, transcription and survey tools. They process data on our behalf and under contract. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

We operate from India and work with clients and participants in Europe and elsewhere. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or European Economic Area, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
